Founder roundtables
Christ-centered fellowship for founders and builders
The Founders Fellowship
A private brotherhood for Christian founders, owners, and executives who want to build enduring companies, become better men, and steward influence for Kingdom impact.
Why We Exist
A founder's life is too weighty for shallow rooms.
Founders carry decisions that affect families, employees, customers, investors, and communities. Many have networks, but very few have a confidential room where faith, leadership, and business reality can be brought together.
The Founders Fellowship gathers Christian founders and owners to sharpen one another spiritually and professionally, pursue uncommon excellence, and lead from conviction instead of isolation.

Our Convictions
A fellowship shaped by conviction, not convenience.
As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another. Proverbs 27:17
Christ Above Ambition
We build from surrender, not ego, believing influence and ownership are gifts to steward before God.
Candid Brotherhood
We create a room where founders can speak plainly, receive counsel, and be known without performance.
Excellence
We honor God by building with discipline, diligence, clarity, and uncommon care.
Kingdom Stewardship
We measure success by faithful leadership, strengthened families, healthy companies, and lasting impact.
Confidential Trust
What is shared in the room is protected, so real decisions and real burdens can be brought to the table.
Multiplication
We help founders become men who multiply wisdom, opportunity, generosity, and faithfulness.
The Member Covenant
A different kind of commitment.
The strength of the Fellowship is not the agenda. It is the covenant. Each member commits to protect the room, bring honest work to the table, encourage the other founders, and lead with biblical integrity.

The first circle is intentionally limited to Christian founders, owners, and executives who want excellent business counsel, deeper spiritual formation, and brotherhood that carries weight.
